Sixty minutes, screen shared, recorded. We build it together — you are driving, not watching.
3. Homework
A short practice set built around your work, not a sample project.

One working thing you keep — a tool, a workflow, or a small app.
5. Follow-up
Two fifteen-minute check-ins afterward, so you don’t stall out alone.
Questions people ask first
Do I need any technical background?
None. If you can use email and a web browser, you can do this. Plenty of sessions start with someone who has opened ChatGPT twice and closed it because the answers were useless.
Do I have to buy new software?
No. We start with what you already have open and already pay for — most people are using a fraction of it. If something genuinely worth adding comes up, I will tell you, and I will also tell you when the free version is fine.
What if my work is confidential?
Then we cover exactly what should never go into a public chatbot, and if it matters enough, we set you up on local models that run on your own hardware where nothing leaves the building.
Is this remote or in person?
Either. Most sessions are screen-to-screen and recorded, which works well. On-site is available across New Jersey and is usually the better call for a group.
What actually gets built in an hour?
Something small and real — a repeatable prompt workflow for the report that eats your Friday, a set of project files so the AI stops forgetting your context, an agent that runs on a schedule, or a simple app live on a URL. One working thing beats an hour of theory.
