By engaging The Cover Network for services or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms.
Services
The Cover Network provides digital marketing and creative services including website development, SEO, paid advertising, branding, and photo/video production. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals or agreements.
Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified. Late payments may result in work pausing until the outstanding balance is resolved.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of preliminary concepts, unused designs, and proprietary tools or frameworks.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and necessary access to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline.
Revisions
Revision rounds are specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Limitation of liability
The Cover Network's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of New Jersey.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued engagement with our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
